Green Key

Center Hotels has signed a contract committing the hotel chain to apply for the Green Key award for all their eight hotels located in the city center of Reykjavik. The signing took place on December 12th between the representative from the Green Key in Iceland and the Center Hotels Team.

Women's euro 2022

It's that season. It's football time and we love it! The women's EURO 2022 is taking place in England and the Icelandic national team is competing. Following them are the ever so cheerful and a bit loud Icelandic supporters that have followed them to the tournament supporting them in the way we know best by singing, cheering as well as supporting them with the Viking clap!

Eurovision & Húsavík

The Eurovision song contest is an international song competition held annually, usually in May. The small town Húsavík served as the setting for the 2020 Netflix movie Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga. The title song from the movie is also named Húsavík and the song received an oscar nomination for Orignal song for a film.
